Confirmation 2009 - 28th February 2009

51 Candidates from the Sunday school of St. John Bosco Parish were conferred upon with the sacrament of confirmation on the 28th of March 2009 during the 7pm Eucharist by Bishop Percival. Confirmation is an important sacrament in the lives of us Christians. A step further to our Christian initiation as young adults. Mr.Milton, Mrs.Maryln and Jophin were the leading instruments in preparing our dear children for this day. With the help of many session conducted, Retreat and Sunday classes, candidates were prepared for this day to receive the spirit and boldly pronounce their faith. The Eucharistic celebration was well animated. For the first time in the History of our parish, the Sunday school teachers sang for the confirmation choir. It Was indeed a beautiful sight to see.
