Feast of Christ The King 2008



23rd November is the feast of Christ the King. The theme will be Communal Harmony and Peace. Kindly begin thinking and preparing your banners and placards for the same. There will be only one Mass in the Church at 7.00 a.m. There will be no Sunday School on 23rd November. In the evening, we shall have three zonal Masses. The Mass timings will be as follows:

Shanti Daan at 3.45 p.m.

St. Anne’s at 4.00 p.m.

O.L. of Velankanni School at 4.00 P.m.

After the Mass we shall proceed in procession to the church for the adoration service. Please prepare banners or posters on communal harmony and peace. Those in charge make sure that during the procession the Rosary is recited, hymns are sung and in general the procession should have a witness value especially for our non-Christian brethern and not a display of fun and light headedness.
