13th Sunday of the Liturgical Year


Tomorrow / today is the feast of Sts. Peter & Paul

Thursday, 3rd July is the feast of St. Thomas the Apostle of India.

Next Friday 4th July is the first Friday of the month. There will be adoration service after the evening Mass.


Tomorrow / today there will be a recollection for all Sunday School Catechists, together with Eucharistic Ministers and Pre-baptismal Catechists, at St. Anne’s High School from 5.00 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.


The Annual General Body meeting of the Bombay Catholic Sabha will be held

tomorrow / today, after the evening Mass.


The Bombay Catholic Sabha thanks all citizens for your whole-hearted support and presence at the time of grave crises faced by Mary Immaculate Primary School. As a follow-up to the events that has taken place and to take stock of the situation, a meeting has been called on Tuesday, 1st July 2008 at 7.30 p.m. at I.C. Church, Pope Paul Hall.


We congratulate St. Anne’s High School and Don Bosco High School for obtaining cent per cent results in the SSC board exams. Congratulations also to the respective principals Sr. Gracelin & Fr. Bosco and all the teachers of both the schools. We would like to congratulate in a special way Miss Janet Miranda for securing 94% in the Board exam.


Admission forms for I.T.I. & non- I.T.I. programme are available at Don Bosco, Kurla from Monday to Friday between 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. For details, please see the notice board.


The Youth Group will meet tomorrow / today at 10.30 a.m.


The Parish Council will meet next Saturday, 5th July after the evening Mass.


Thanks to Mrs. Mary Fernandes and her team from New MHB Colony, “B” zone for cleaning the Church this Saturday.


Next Saturday, the cleaning of the Church will be done by Mrs. Vilma Dantis and her team from Old MHB Colony ‘A’ zone.


Last Sunday’s collection was Rs.16,166/- God bless you for your generosity.





PARISH PRIEST

For Children’s Mass only


Immediately after this Mass, all the confirmation children will gather in the audio-visual hall for their class.


There will be a short briefing of all Sunday School teachers, immediately after the Sunday School, in hall No. 3.
