Dear Fr. Menezes,

I have received the application for the modification of the boundries of your Parish so as to include Chikoowadi in St. John Bosco Parish. The appropriate consultations having been completed, I am satisfied that such a modification would be pastorally beneficial. I have written to the Episcopal Vicar declaring the modification of the boundries to be effective from Easter Sunday. A copy of my letter to Fr. Salvador is enclosed.

I am confident that this modification will be advantageous to the people of Chikoowadi without causing inconvenience to either of the two parishes concerned.
